Good value, good location but cash payment only

My only complaint is that the hotel did not accept card payment - only cash - but this was not advised beforehand which caused me some problems.

Good

Amazing location, very nice and helpful people, big family room with balcony, little fridge, big TV, kettle, laundary service (pay separately). CCTV. 10 minutes walk to Patong beach, next to 7 eleven, ATM and exchange, food street and restaurants.

No safe box, I have to carry all my money and passport with me all the time.

Lady was very rude from moment I arrived. Wanted the money straight away and then told me my room wasn't ready. And I would have to wait 1hr. This was at 11pm. Not once was the room cleaned, and no toilet paper was provided. I've been to Patong at least 15 times and this was by far the worst accommodation and treatment I've ever received.

Disappointing

No television for 3 days of stay, sliding windows could not be locked. Requested for towels and toilet roll in the evening and was told there was no housekeeping staff around Requested for late check out but was told to check out at 12 noon No in house phone to call the front desk No elevator but had to walk up the stairs Entrance door knob to the room was also giving way as if there was a forced entry There was no proper soap and shampoo in the shower area

We liked that they moved us into a different room as our air con was broken, they were very efficient

I didn’t like the curtain because it djdnt block out the light in the morning

Location is great. Just walk down and you'll reach all stores and Bangla road bars. Further down is the beachside.

Have to climb the staircase to 5th floor. No elevator.

spacious room, big bed, great location

My stay was 3 weeks. Staff doesn’t respect the “do not disturb” sign hanging on door knobs AT ALL!! Woke up to people in my room and constant knocking in the time where I did not want to be disturbed. they didn’t understand so I went through the same process of telling them to go away every morning. Absolutely infuriating. everything else was lovely

Location was alright, about 10 min walk to Bangla road.

They advertised on their website that they accept visa as payment, and I planned on that as part of my stay to manage my money, but when I got there, the lady refused to accept it, saying I must pay in cash. If you’re not willing to accept visa, then do not advertise it, you’re just using it as bait. There was no key for the safe, and the cleaners were so intent on cleaning, they never paid attention to the do not disturb sign.

The room was infested with Ants and bugs, and when I brought it to the staffs attention, and asked for a refund they said there's nothing they can do to give me my money back and was very rude and confrontational about the whole situation. I can't stress enough about how rude the staff was!! To make things worse the room was very over priced, I could not stay another night on the room so I lost thb2500. It was the worst hotel/room Iv ever stayed in. I would never recommend this room to anyone, everyone should stay clear of thinking about staying here. could go on and on about how horrible it was but I'll end it here. Disgusting.

Central! So close to everything going on in Patong! The owner was amazing and the room was great value for money. The bed was comfortable, clean and we really enjoyed our stay! Recommend to all travellers

It's located 10 minutes walk from the Beach and 5 minutes from the food market. The staff is very considerable and friendly. For the price of this hostel, you can't require more.

I'm fine with my bed, but my friends found their beds were not clean enough. And the shower worked not so well... There's no elevator, but it's ok if you don't bring larger luggages.

On the last floor and a bit far from center but still in the center.. They didnt let me stay in the buttom bad althoght we were 2 people in the 4 people room.

Wonderful trip, it's worth a lodging, in my view travel and vacation are two different concepts, travel is to witness the world more, make more friends, holiday is completely relaxed and enjoy in a comfortable environment, the process of travel more hope to make some new friends. Good job, the boss photos is great, a few days to travel in Sea U Honey has left a lot of interesting memories, phuket is a beautiful place, is also a very happy island, next time, wait for me!
